Kevin worked with Tobin Palmer. Tobin and his family have been through a few rough trials. In December Tobin called and asked Kevin to bless their baby Trusten. Then a few weeks later they called and asked Kevin to come baptize Tucker their oldest son. At Tuckers baptism Tobin told us he was meeting with the missionaries. I was stunned. But a gratefulness of heart that he had finally began listening to the missionaries. Tobin grew up in a church that taught everything possible against the church. Tobin had a few trials in his life that Kevin and him had talked about and at one time their family had discussed going through a divorce. It was sad to see them struggling. Well about three weeks ago Tobin called Kevin and asked Kevin if he would come and baptize and confirm him. What a neat experience it was. The entire day gave me the chills. The emotions that I felt that day were of gratefulness to my Savior for the experience this family is having and that we get to be apart of the experience with them.
They have sat a family goal to go to the Temple in a year. What a neat experience for them. ....
